Gibson's Harry Reser pick (no. 81-R) - was the signature pick of Harry Reser a 1920s and 1930s superstar banjo player and band leader. The Harry Reser pick was made form white celluloid tortoishell, stamped with "Reser" and had a laminated brown corrugated grip. They cost $1.50 for a dozen in 1939.
