Classical guitar with a cedar top, bound body, inlaied rosette. Rosewood back and sides with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Bridge was also rosewood and tuners were gold plated.

The G-145 was discontinued in 1996, along with all other GOYA brand guitars.
