GUILD manufactured the S-100 between 1970 and 1974. It features two humbucking pickups and its body is like a slightly offset Gibson SG. A Korean made reissue is now available (2013 onwards).

GUILD produced the S-100 POLARA between 1963 and 1968. It was a lightweight solid-body guitar with two single coil pickups, a double cutaway concave-bottomed body (like the Jet Star shape) and a built in stand. The Guild 1966 catalog describes the S-100 Polara as follows:

GUILD reintroduced the S-100 Polara between 1995 and 2000, but with a different body style to the 1960s S-100 Polara.

GUILD produced the S-200 THUNDERBIRD between 1963 and 1968. The S-200 T-Bird is one of Guild's iconic solid body designs. The S-200 was introduced alongside with the S-100 Polara in 1963 and it has a similar design (at least the one pictured in the Guild 1963 catalog)  but the S-200 had a bound neck and block inlays. The S-200 Thunderbird originally had two humbuckers, some had two single coils. Controls two volume and two tone knobs - the early ones had a three-way pickup selector - later models had 4 slider switches.

Production of the S-25 began in 1981 and ended in 1983

The S-270 FLYER (RUNAWAY OR SPRINT) was made between 1983 and 1985

GUILD made the S-271 Sprint (Flyer) between 1983 and 1985

Production of the S-275 began in 1983 and ended in 1987

The S-280 FLYER was made between 1983 and 1986

GUILD produced the S-281 FLYER between 1983 and 1986

GUILD manufactured the S-282 between 1983 and 1986

The S-284 AVIATOR was made between 1984 and 1988. They were hand made guitars with only 638 made in total. They are a 22 fret rockers guitars! They were made with many different configuration options so individual examples can be very different looking.  Donald's has EMG  SA's and an EMG 81 and a deco art pickguard. GUILD manufactured the S-90 between 1970 and 1976. It was an asymmetric SG-shaped solid body electric like the Guild S-100, but had dot inlays and single volume and tone controls. Early ones had a covered combined bridge & tailpiece, but by 1973 this was replaced by a Guild Adjusto-matic bridge and brass stop tailpiece.
