HAMER produced the STANDARD (THE HAMER GUITAR) between 1974 and 1989. It had an explorer shaped body with a bookmatched figured maple top.
The original Standard model was discontinued in 1989 but the Standard design continued with the Standard Custom model (GSTC), and an Asian made Standard (XT?) model.
