I've got a Blonde RS. It plays, sounds and looks great. I own three (including the RS) and I have a couple of Gibson SJ-200s. different sound but both wonderful. Construction is A-1. i think it's a well kept secret Check out Concert For Bangla Desh. The last Harptone that I acquired is a dreadnought of solid Rosewood back and sides and solid spruce top. Amazing sound and as good as my Martin Ds (just different). More like a Guild but a sound all its' own. I'm looking for a Jumbo 12-string Harptone. Had one in the early 70's but had to sell it. Big mistake. If you can find a Harpone in good condition (even if it needs a neck set) buy it!!!
