The design of the Jerry Jones Guitarlin was based on the 1958 Danelectro Guitarlin. The Guitarlin's name came from its 3.5 octave range - covering both the standard guitar and high mandolin ranges . Two lipstick tube pickups (wired in hum-cancelling configuration) produced a retro 60s twang. Discontinued in 2011.
