Craig Gorton found this Joshua JSP-1000 in Guitar Center, and got a great deal on a guitar that looks and sounds like a much more expensive instrument. Check out the unusual side sound holes in the second picture.

I wouldnt venture so far as to say that you just put your hands on the holy grail of acoustics but... I have had my Joshua jsp 2000 for... at least 10 years, it was my first guitar, I use light daddario phospher coated strings, and out of all of my years across the instruments, i have never found one that can compare to the quality increase for the price i paid as it aged over time, you sir have stumbled onto an amazing instrument.
I play slap guitar mixed with rock and flamnco, i'm planing to replace the stock pick up which is garbage with an LRbaggs, lb6 / dual source mic'd preamp...
if you want a unique sound... this instrument is very becoming.

this joshua guitar still in the case that was bought with it it was left to me at my fathers death it is in mint condition serial #2121 at one time the mfg. tryed buy it back from my father becouse of some type of a law suit he refused to sale it back to them [email protected]
