People who have them love them. I think Fender offering this guitar shortly before--and withdrawing it shortly after--the Guild acquisition may have something to do with these guitars' overall awesomeness. You know, a, "Look what we can get offshore. Merge with us or we'll shut you down" kind of thing? Dunno. All speculation. But the SJ65S and it's rosewood-backed cousin whose model number I forget right now, is a keeper. I've had mine for nearly 10 years now and it's only getting better, more mellow and open and airy. Fender did real good with these. I'm glad I've got mine--it's really a very very good acoustic. If you find one of these snap it up immediately. You'll be glad you did.
