The Viper is a fine alder guitar with good pickups, and good workmanship.
Very easy player, with a comfy neck, and good balance.
Sort of Telecaster like, but different.
After about twenty years the pickups started, on one occasion that I can recall anyway, to start intermittent dropouts when playing in very high humidity.
Other than that I have no complaints. These guitars will last a very long time, and play and sound great if you take care of them.
