The National Reso-Phonic Bass Resonator Series was introduced in 2002. National Reso-Phonic had been considering making a bass model for some time, but it was the enthusiasm and inspiration of their Metal Deptartment supervisor, Jason Workman, that made it happen. Jason, as you may have guessed, was a bass player. All these basses used standard guitar bodies with a 32" scale bass neck. The series included a standard maple body, the WB Bass; a Radio-Tone Bendaway model, the RTB Bass; and, a Style "N" nickel-plated brass body model, the Style "N" Bass.
