The Rickenbacker 370-12RM was a Roger McGuinn limited edition model, made in 1988 only. 1000 were made and each had a certificate of authenticity - Roger McGuinn signed the first 250 certificates. Although these initially sold for $1299 they soon became collectible and used examples began to sell for more than this.
