Samick discontinued the HJ-650 TSB Wabash model in 1999. It was an arched hollowbody jazz guitar with a single cutaway available in either natural or sunburst finish. The HJ-650 TSB was made out of maple ( bound maple top, body, sides, back and neck). The bound rosewood fingerboard had block pearl inlays.

Hardware include an adjustable rosewood jazz bridge and trapeze tailpiece. The headstock was bound with flower and logo inlays. Hardware was gold with two humbuckers each with its own volume and tone controls. A three-position switch enabled the front, back or both pickups.
