The Vantage 118DT was in production by 1995 - and may have been introduced earlier than this. It had a strat style plywood body, bolt-on maple neck and 24 fret maple fingerboard (with scarfe jointed headstock). Pickups were 1 humbucker and 2 single coils controlled by a 5-way selector switch, one volume and two tone controls. Hardware was black including a double locking tremolo system. Finish options were metallic black, granite red on black or granite gold on black.
