A Cherry Red Bass to get the job done! New Ernie Ball Regular Slinky nickel roundwound strings, maple neck and rosewood fretboard, volume + tone controls w/dual passive P-style pick-ups & neck/body style, stainless steel bridge, heavy duty Schaller style tuners. Great condition for this estimated early 1990's bass that is made from thick hardwoods, not cheap, this thing is like a baseball bat, has great tone, & plays well!. No significant cracks, chips, or dents, some minor scratches in the poly-resin finish. Was professionally set about 10 years ago, but now needs truss rod adjustment to lower the action a bit - I may do this if I have time, but I've played it as is and it rocks! Comes w/intact Yamaha hard shell case/HSC worth $100 that has a nice lined interior, space for a strap which I'll include!, and 4 latches + handle that make it EZ for gigs. The BB series has been played by the likes of none other than Geezer Butler and Billy Sheehan, some of the best rock bassists of all time. I never gigged w/this; it just sat at my house and periodically got played. The black tone knob needs an itty bitty screw to hold it in...but the knob is fine and controls works just fine Make an offer!
