Made in 2002 only, the Epiphone Demon FX has a modified V shaped body and all the other features of the Demon model but with two effects units built in.The chorus effect uses an IC known as the "Bucket Brigade". The distortion effect provides an effect ranging from a blues clip to a full-on overdrive with the turn of the gain knob. These effects have true bypass circuits to avoid "tone sucking" when not in use.
The Demon FX has two covered "Ultra-Hot" E-Series humbuckers, with master tone and volume controls, as well as a three-way pickup selector, a gain knob for the distortion circuit and two mini switches which turn on the distortion and chorus effects.
