GIBSON produced the Corvus II between 1982 and 1984. It was very similar to the Corvus I (but with an extra humbucker and associated controls). It had hardwood body shaped like a can-opener. The bolt-on maple neck had 22-frets and a rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays.

The bridge was fixed tune-o-matic style. Hardware was chrome. It had a two covered humbucker pickups , two volume, and two tone control all mounted in a black pickguard.
