The Fender 50th Anniversary 1954 Stratocaster was made in 2004 only to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Fender Stratocaster. This model was a Masterbuilt instrument made by the  Fender Custom Shop and aimed to be a more faithful reissue than previous Custom shop '54 reissues. They duplicated the original 1954 parts (from Richard Smith's Stratocaster #0100) as closely as possible, including knobs, pickup covers, pickups, pickguard and even the switch tip.

The Fender Hank Marvin Signature Limited Edition Stratocaster was made from 1995 to 1996 in the USA for distribution in Europe. Only 164 instruments were made. There were also Japanese and Mexican made Hank Marvin Signature Strats as well as the 1997 Custom Shop limited edition Hank Marvin 40th anniversary model available only in the U.K.

The Fender Harley Davidson Stratocaster was a chromed hollow aluminum body strat introduced in 1993 by the Fender Custom Shop to mark the 90th anniversary of Harley Davidson. Only 109 were made in total.
