Ben Wasser guitars are made by Benjamin Wasservogel of La Grange Guitars. Ben was born in Paris and grew up in a small village in the south of France. He left a career as a lawyer in the 1990s to start an internet company eventually relocating to Israel. There he studied luthiery in Tel Aviv with Jacob Algrenati in 2010. After four years he was happy enough with his guitar making skills to launch the La Grange guitars brand. In 2022 he decided to launch the Ben Wasser brand name with the creation of an instrument that would best reflect his new vision and skills acquired over the years. And so, the new model – The Shaft – was born. Ben still makes his Wheel and Grand Wheel models as part of the  “La Grange Series”.
