Information:

Grem USA was a penny-stock company that operated under several names from 1999 onwards but moved into guitar making in 2004. Grem started producing guitars in Spencerville in 2005 and then set up production in a 40,000 Sq. Ft. factory in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. Grem produced less than 100 guitars and 3 basses before going out of business around 2009. Luthier Gregory M. Reszel was design consultant and Edward Miers was the president & CEO - the GREM name came from their initials. About 75 of the guitars were made with a CNC and the remainder hand made by Reszel.
