Liscombe Guitars is the brand name of custom electric guitar maker Ken Liscombe. A traditional Liscombe guitar is a neck-through, chambered jazz guitar made of various exotics woods, such as bubinga and pau ferro, with Seymour-Duncan or EMG pickups. More recently the focus has been on all-bamboo telecasters. Past experimental projects have included a 10-string tapping stick, a 6-string lap steel guitar and the minimalistic "cottage" acoustic guitar.
