In 1990 Swiss guitar maker Alex Radovanovic started offering his own guitar repair and modfication services to the public. At this stage Radovanovic had a number of years experience in guitar building, with guidance from master luthier Richard Earle. In the early 1990s Radovanovic began selling the first custom-ordered N.I.C.E. Guitars. In 1996, due to an increasing demand, Alex decided to design his own standard desgin electric guitars. By 2012 the N.I.C.E. guitars website was inactive.
