Pin-Up Custom Guitars are made by Eric Daw. Eric started making guitars in 2006 - aiming to create Strat and Tele style guitars with accurate vintage look, feel, and tone- without breaking the bank. Bodies are made from USA swamp ash & 4lbs 4oz or lighter. The necks are hand shaped from maple, replicating the contours of the early guitars and with a hand made bone nut. He hand winds his own pickups using ‘vintage correct’ USA made wire, flatwork, and magnets.  Finally, he distresses all of the components of the guitar to match a vintage look. Each one is given a name and adorned  with a real vintage ‘pin-up girl’ waterslide decal.
