Zivix (Jamstik) started in 2014 as a crowdfunded MIDI guitar controller designed to interface easily with smart phones or tablets. The design was updated again in 2015 through another round of crowdfunding. The third generation Jamstik Smart Guitars were launched in 2018. In 2020 a full sized Jamstik MIDI guitar - the Jamstik Studio was launched.
