The G&L L-2500 is the five string version of the L-2000, introduced in 1994. The L-2500 has two G&L Magnetic Field Desig humbuckers controlled by the Tri-Tone circuit, with three mini toggles for pickup selection, series/parallel signal routing and active/passive operation, as well as individual of knobs for volume, treble and bass. The L-2500 features a C-shaped neck profile as standard with a modern 12" radius and 21 Plek-finished medium-jumbo nickel frets. The L-2500 is made in G&L factory on Fender Avenue in Fullerton, California and comes with a range of custom options including body and neck woods, body and neck finishes, and neck profiles.
