Jon Harper introduced the Marin model in 1997. The Marin had a single cutaway Wolfgang / Axis style mahogany body with a flame or quilt maple top. The maple neck had a pau ferro fingerboard (12" radius) with 22 tall medium or jumbo sized frets. The standard bridge was a strings-though-body unit - with Floyd Rose tremolo as an option. It had Sperzel Locking Tuners, 1 three way pickup selector, 1 volume control, Gold, Black or Chrome hardware. Choice of Red, Blue and Purple Translucent finishes or just a clear finish for the top. Clear finish on the back and sides.
