Mitchell Terra series acoustic guitars include solid-top mahogany models for warm tones, or solid-top spruce models for added articulation — each with all-mahogany back and sides. Terra guitars have open pore finishes, forward-shifted, scalloped X-bracing and advanced Fishman® Presys preamps and Sonicore pickups. As for the model numbers - this is what I have deduced: they all start with a T for Terra, they have 3 numbers & higher numbers have better specs. The second number is either 3 - for mahogany top or 1 - for spruce top. Following the three numbers we have various letters - C for cutaway, E for acoustic-electrics, T for 12 strings and BST for edge burst finishes.
