The Nightwatch Special bass was the top of the O'Hagan bass guitar line. It was the only model that had two pickups. It had optional gold or chrome hardware, maple or rosewood fingerboard and six finish options. The double cut-away body has an unusual scallop taken out of the bottom. Earlier models (1981) might have had DiMarzio pickups.

The O'Hagan 1983 price list also mentions a Nightwatch Standard model ($50 cheaper) - which probably was the same shape as the Nightwatch Special but with minor hardware differences.
