My mother gave me a used Samick LW-044G CEQ. Not bad. Looks, fit and finish are way better than the price. Nice tuning machines. Active pickup works great. Feeds back a little quick. From what I can tell it has a solid spruce top. The rest is solid something I think. A little heavy. Plays great. Truss rod didn't have as much effect as I hoped but, a set of D'Addario medium weight strings pulled the neck into a very nice setup. Someone told me that's what came on it. Sounds as good as any of the guitars at the jam I go to. Good volume plays effortlessly. Unless you think I got the only good one, I'd grab one at the price people ask. I doubt it will ever be a collector but mine is a great player.
