RICKENBACKER manufactured the 310 in two eras: from 1958 and 1971 and then from 1981 until 1988.  The 310 had a three-quarter sized semi-hollow maple body.

The 315 was made between 1958 and 1975

The Rickenbacker 320 was introduced in 1958. It was one of the short-scale 300 series electrics (model numbers 310 to 325) with a 20.75" scale length, dot fretboard inlays, and small (12.75" wide) bodies. The body is unbound, semi-hollow (but without any sound holes). These short-scale 300 series models were designed as student models, but became popular when John Lennon played a Rickenbacker 325 during the early years of The Beatles. The 320 is the non-tremolo version of the 325 that Lennon played. The 320 was discontinued as a production model in 1994.

RICKENBACKER made the 325 between 1958 and 1975.It was designed by Roger Rossmeisl,. Production models were 20-3/4" short scale, dot fretboard inlays, and a small (12-3/4" wide) body. The body is unbound, semi-hollow, with 2'oclock angled soundhole (although re-issues lack a sound hole due to the Lennon connection), and boasts the "crescent moon"-style cutaways.

Introduced in 1965 the Rickebacker 330/12 is the 12 string version of their 330 model. It was designed by the German luthier Roger Rossmeisl is associated with the jangle-rock sounds of bands from the 1960s and 1980s.

RICKENBACKER manufactured the 331 LIGHT SHOW between 1970 and 1975. The 331 LIGHT SHOW had a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, 1 5/8" nut width and 25" scale length. This guitar's unique feature is an array of lights embedded into the hollow body, visible though its translucent perspex front. A special control box to flash the lights connects via a 5-pin DIN socket in the side of the guitar.

This guitar is now considered a collectors item

The Rickenbacker 335 is the same as the 330 model -except with a vibrato

The Rickenbacker 340 is like the 330 model but has an additional hi-gain single coil pickup. It has a 300 series shaped offset double cutaway maple body with  three single coil "Hi-Gain" pickups, accented by a wedge shaped sound hole. The 24 fret, 10" radius rosewood fingerboard has dot inlay fret markers. It has a single mono output through a jack plate. The 340 was also available as a twelve string (Model 340/12).

The 350 LIVERPOOL was made between 1985 and 1995

The Rickenbacker 360 (introduced in 1958) has many features that became standard on Rickenbacker guitars. Models from 1958 to 1964 (the old style) had an offset double cutaway semi-hollow maple body, wedge-shaped soundhole, pickguard, through-body maple neck, 21-fret bound thick rosewood fingerboard with pearl triangle inlay, double truss rods, tune-o-matic bridge/R-style trapeze tailpiece. The pickups are 2 single coil units controlled by 2 volume/2 tone diamond controls, 3-position switch and wired for stereo.

RICKENBACKER produced early 360 WB models on a special order basis. The "WB" stood for white binding on both sides. In 1968 the Rickenbacker factory made a Model 360 Natural Special Large Body as a plant prototype. The factory made the first 360s with Hi-Gain pickups in 1970. The 360WB was added to the Custom Order price list in 1984 - whereas the standard 360 was kept as a regular model.

Part of the Rickenbacker 300 series since 1964, the 360/12 is perfect for that jangly, 1960s style electric 12-string tone. It has a maple semi-hollow body. The through-body neck has double truss rods with a thick bound rosewood fretboard and triangular inlays. Pickups are two Rickenbacker High-Gain single-coils. The 360/12 comes with both mono and stereo outputs.

The 360/12 WB is the 12 string version of the Rickenbacker 360 WB. It has a maple double cutaway semi-hollow body, and wedge-shaped soundhole. The through neck is also maple with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard inlaid with pearl triangles. Hardware is a tune-o-matic style bridge with trapeze tailpiece. The 2 single coil pickups are controlled by 2 volume 2 tone controls and 3-position selector switch. This guitar came in Autumnglo, black, Fireglo, natural, or two-tone brown finishes.

This model was discontinued in 1995.

Introduced in 1958, the 370 is an electric, semi-acoustic guitar made by Rickenbacker as part of their 300 Series. The 370 is the 3 pickup version of the more commonly seen Rickenbacker 360, and has similar features to this model, including a three-ply maple/walnut neck, shallow headstock angle, a thick rosewood fretboard finished with clear conversion varnish, and double truss rods.

The six string version was discontinued in late 2007, although is still available as a 12 string.

RICKENBACKER manufactured the 370 WB between 1994 and 1995

The Rickenbacker 370/12 is the 12 string version of the 370 model. This three pickup semi-hollow bodied guitar has the distinctive ringing tone that  evokes the 1960s sound of Roger McGuinn of the Byrds. Introduced in 1965 the 370/12 originally had 21 frets: this was increased to 24 frets from 1969 onwards. The 370/12 has both stereo and mono outputs.

The Rickenbacker 381 was made between 1958 and 1963 and from 1968 to 1974. Its body style is similar to the 330, but with a Gothic carved top and back providing extra depth.The model 381 is in fact a hollow body archtop guitar (available without pickups as the 380 model). The first production run of the 381 had single pickguards and 2 controls. Fingerboard inlays can be either  dots or triangles. There were also a number of variations on the 381, for example some had F-shaped soundholes and some had vibratos.
